Meet Chrystelle
I’m Chrystelle, an Independent Nurse Consultant and founder of CHNSS, with over 18 years of clinical nursing experience supporting individuals with complex health needs.
I understand how overwhelming the healthcare system can feel — especially when you’re trying to make the right decisions for yourself or your loved one.
My role is to guide you through that process, help you understand your situation, coordinate your care, and ensure nothing is missed.
Through CHNSS, I provide nurse-led care navigation, coordination, and advocacy for individuals and families facing complex health challenges.
I work alongside you to make sense of your care, connect the right services, and support you in making confident, informed decisions every step of the way.
